Fabric Maintenance Engineers - Building Services Maintenance Up to 28k + Door to Door, Overtime + Vehicle + Package
We are recruiting for 2 Fabric Maintenance Engineers to join their Service and Maintenance team. These roles are based around the Lancaster area, with travel to client sites within a 20-mile radius. A van and tools are supplied for weekly checks, onsite repairs, and assisting other engineers with HVAC tasks.
The organization has experienced steady growth, doubling in size over the past 4 years, with contracts signed up through to 2029.
Responsibilities include performing PPMs, repairs, and call-outs. There is an on-call rota of 1 in 5 across the region.
Package
* Salary £26,000, OTE £35,000
* 40-hour week - door to door
* On-call payment - £145 per week, double time for callouts
* Overtime weekdays, evenings, and weekends
* Fully paid sick pay for 6 months

Requirements
* Experience in repairs to various buildings - essential
* Trade background & health and safety knowledge - essential
* C&G or NVQ Level 2 or above training - desirable
* Full clean driving licence - desirable
* CRB checked - essential
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in Building Services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security, or related industries.
