Team Assistant / Receptionist
Location: Bournemouth, office-based
Contract: Permanent
What is the purpose of the role?
We require a person to join our small team for secretarial and administration duties. We have worked together for over 3 years and are always looking for ways to improve and streamline our work, fostering a healthy working environment. Providing excellent service to the office and business is key, along with striving to be the best we can be. This work ethic supports the growth and sustainability of our team.
Reception Duties
* Cover the reception area, greet clients, and accept deliveries.
Basic Secretarial Experience Includes
* Basic knowledge of Excel for data input and printing (training provided).
* Typing using template letters.
* Support for IM's meeting preparations, mail shots, diary management, etc. (training provided).
* Telephone and reception duties experience (training provided).
* Ordering supplies.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Managing incoming requests from the Secretaries Task box with team assistance (basic printing and correspondence).
* Handling incoming and outgoing post.
* Logging post in Excel.
* Maintaining a new business spreadsheet/pipeline.
* Printing reports using Excel.
