The Operations Executive will sit within Operations and report directly to the Operations centre manager. This is a 24/7 role, which a team of Operations Executives will cover. They will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the Vigilance assignments, passage of communication and requests from sites, adherence to assignment instructions and supervision and oversight of security officers and security fundamentals. The role will also require end-to-end management of low-level and coordination of high-level incidents and the effective and efficient monitoring of surveillance and alarm systems in the Vigilance Operations centre. This role will be based at the Vigilance Control Room in Wrexham.
* Deliver all Operations centre functions
* Monitor the Security Officer roster
* End-to-end management and coordination of incident response
* Maintain and update the Workforce Management Systems
* Monitor surveillance systems
* Assess surveillance images for potential security risks
* Manages partner assets, patrols and guards
* Working with external suppliers' alarm activations and dispatching guards.
* At all times, represent the company in the best possible light, maintaining and upholding clean, neat, tidy presentation of self and staff and company resources.
* Support the continuous development and improvement of the Operations centre.

Qualifications:
● SIA DS/CCTV (must be achieved within 2 months of contract start date)

Remuneration
A successful applicant should expect a £13.30 an hour Personal development training is available and will be encouraged.
