The Role
The Front Office Manager oversees the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth administrative procedures. This role includes managing the front office team, handling guest concerns, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and efficiency.
You will also - but not be limited to:
* Supervise front desk operations including check-in/out, reservations, and guest services
* Lead, train, and schedule team members
* Meet any audit standards within your areas of responsibility
* Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly
* Monitor room availability and work closely with housekeeping and maintenance
* Prepare reports and assist in budgeting and cost control for the department
About you
You are a confident and professional hospitality leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and inspire your team to uphold the highest service standards. With strong communication skills and attention to detail, you manage operations efficiently while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
* Minimum 2 years in a similar role
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* LQA experience is not mandatory but desirable
