Role Overview
We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Head of Marketing to lead Bayuti's growth and brand visibility. You'll oversee all aspects of marketing digital, content, performance, and community and drive user acquisition, investor engagement, and market leadership in the ethical finance space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
* Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with our mission and growth objectives.
* Build and manage a high-performing in-house or hybrid marketing team.
* Set clear goals, track performance metrics, and report regularly to the executive team.
Brand & Content
* Own the Bayuti brand: tone of voice, positioning, and visual identity.
* Create compelling, educational, and purpose-driven content across blog, email, video, and social platforms.
* Develop lead magnets (eBooks, webinars, checklists) to support audience growth.
Digital & Performance Marketing
* Lead acquisition campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
* Optimize CAC, ROAS, and funnel conversion rates using data and experimentation.
* Deploy SEO, email automation, and CRM (HubSpot) strategies to nurture leads and users.
Growth & Community
* Launch ambassador, referral, and affiliate programs to build grassroots traction.
* Host and promote webinars, Q&As, and content series around ethical investing and property finance.
* Support sales and product teams with user feedback, insights, and campaign collaboration.
Public Relations & Partnerships
* Work with PR professionals or agencies to build media exposure and trust.
* Develop partnerships with aligned organizations, influencers, and ethical finance thought leaders.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally in fintech, proptech, or fast-growing startups.
* Proven success in scaling digital marketing programs and building recognizable brands.
* Strong knowledge of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics.
* Experience managing people and/or external agencies or freelancers.
* A passion for ethical finance, inclusive innovation, or mission-driven businesses.
Nice to Have
* Background in real estate or investment products marketing.
* Understanding of financial compliance and regulated marketing practices.
* Experience with multicultural or values-led audiences.

Pay: £55,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
