The Service Coordinator will be responsible for looking after day-to-day service administration for the Service Team, whilst also acting as a dedicated first point of contact for assigned customers inside their area.
Duties include but are not limited to –
* Account management
* Monthly invoicing as per deadline & timely resolution invoice queries
* Raising credit notes where applicable
* Preparing monthly reports for assigned customers
* Issuing jobs to the Repairs Team
* Preparing, issuing, & chasing quotations
* Answering inbound calls and emails
* Providing cover for other administration staff
* Assisting with scheduling engineers
* Ensuring that the company is meeting contractual obligations for relevant clients
* Ad hoc duties as required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
