This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys recruiting within a fast paced environment.
Tasks are varied and based on business requirements – some of the key day to day responsibilities include:
* Preparing and refreshing Job Adverts.
* Screening Candidates.
* Interviewing and selection.
* Checking Right to Work documents.
* Keeping our recruitment platform up to date.
* Liaising with key stakeholders and candidates to ensure a smooth on-boarding process.
We are looking for candidates who possess a real “can do” attitude and who can demonstrate the following skills:
* Previous administrative and customer services experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive in nature and forward thinking using your own initiative.
* Being proficient in MS Word and Excel.
* Confident in communicating with candidates and key stakeholders.
* Results driven to support the recruitment needs of the business.
What's on offer:
* Salary: £25,500 per annum.
* Working Days: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week ) between 8am - 5pm.
* Location: (Fenton) Stoke on Trent Head Office.
