Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Leeds at our new Morley site. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative tasks such as managing the used de-fleet vehicle process, managing the used vehicle DMS and providing general support to the team. The role also involves vehicle handover to drivers, answering phone calls, and managing collections. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of the office by supporting the organization in various tasks.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Clerical and Administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing files
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Computer and Technical skills, such as using office software and managing office equipment
* Strong Interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and visitors
* Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
* Problem-Solving abilities and ability to multitask effectively
* Previous experience in an Administrative role is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications such as a certificate in office administration are a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
