* Compassionate Approach - Someone who genuinely cares about older people and wants to make a difference
* Experience - Previous experience in a care home or hospital is welcome, especially supporting people with dementia, but not essential
* Qualifications - SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, or a willingness to work towards it
* Team Player: You'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team working collaboratively with nurses, families, and fellow carers
* Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude toward training and personal development in dementia care
