This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your experience within a nurturing school environment. key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small‑group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties. Work collaboratively with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Help create a structured, safe, and engaging learning environment. Support children with communication, sensory, and emotional development. Assist with classroom organisation and inclusive learning activities. What We're Looking For A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting children. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Previous experience supporting children with SEN, autism, or learning difficulties (highly desirable). A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage but not essential.
