We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Wellingborough. This role emphasizes leveraging advanced technologies like BIM and Revit to lead and shape impactful Civil Engineering projects. The position offers a salary up to £50,000, hybrid working options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will design and manage diverse Civil and Infrastructure projects, including Highways, Drainage Systems, and External Works. Your work will span both new constructions and refurbishments for a variety of public and private sector clients.

Senior Civil Engineer Job Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
* Chartered status (e.g., CEng MICE) or actively working towards it.
* 5-7 years of practical experience in civil design engineering.
* Experience with drainage systems and flood risk management.
* Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Site 3D, Ground Modelling, Flow, and WinDes.
* Strong understanding of design standards, regulations, and Eurocodes.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently and within teams.
* Skilled in client interactions and project responsibilities management.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
