Our client, a globally recognised consumer goods giant, is seeking candidates at Supervisor level and above to start ASAP.
The ideal candidate will approach store operations positively and pro-actively, ensuring engagement and motivation to meet standards and expectations consistently.
The Role
Driving business expansion through increased sales and enhanced store profitability
Pro-actively monitor store KPIs, pinpointing both growth opportunities and potential risks, and implement decisive action plans
Managing and driving a sales team, fostering a supportive environment
Working closely with the Area Manager and other key internal and external stakeholders
Implement in-store marketing initiatives and monthly visual merchandising layouts according to company guidelines
Enforce and grow the store's customer centric culture, ensuring the highest service standards at all times
Maintaining high standards in food safety and health safety in store
Provide active support for a collaborative environment, enabling knowledge sharing, encouraging teamwork, and driving ideas to implementation
Oversee store rota and delivery schedule
