This role is offered as a Fixed Term Contract for a maternity cover period of 6 months, and will be based in our Preston office.


What will you be doing?

As a Senior Sales Administrator (Remedials) for BES Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the success of our Electrical Compliance sales team by managing key administrative functions that enable sales colleagues to focus on client engagement and revenue growth.


You Will

* Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, ensuring all relevant details are captured and confirmed.
* Maintain and update the CRM system with current client data, pipeline movements, and order progress.
* Complete large and complex administrative updates for key clients, including service changes and account updates.
* Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating internal set‑up activities.
* Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and administrative documents for the sales team and leadership.
* Act as a central point of contact between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.

To Join Our Team, You Will Need

* Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role, ideally within a technical or service‑based environment (electrical, engineering, or facilities sectors preferred).
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
* Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
