Responsibilities of the Role Conduct high-level RF communication system analysis, development, integration, and testing. Perform link budget analysis, RF line-up analysis, and hardware selection. Lead market searches for qualified system modules, acting as the technical contact for external hardware procurement. Develop and execute unit-level and system-level electrical and environmental test plans. Diagnose and solve faults during setups, environmental tests, and system integration. Participate actively in design reviews and initiate risk-mitigating reviews as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including software, mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering with a focus on RF/Microwave Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience in RF circuit/system design, development, integration, and testing. Proven expertise in fault diagnosis and problem-solving during integration and testing. Strong understanding of RF physics, impedance matching, filters, and isolation techniques. Proficiency with relevant test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power sensors, and oscilloscopes. Effective team collaboration skills within multidisciplinary environments. Desirable Skills Experience in antenna design and testing. Background in EMI/EMC and space qualification testing. Proficiency with EM simulation tools such as CST and HFSS.
