The Role
This highly regarded national firms seeks to build on the continued success of their commercial services teams, with this key, senior level hire.
This opportunity is well-suited to an ambitious Lawyer who seeks to progress their career with a highly regarded firm, noted for excellent culture.
The successful candidate will play a key role within a growing, Leicester-based, Commercial offering, working alongside Partners and senior colleagues to promote the growth of the wider business.
They service the complete spectrum of commercial services for OMB and SME clients, across the UK, including:
* Purchase and supply contracts
* Manufacturing contracts
* Intellectual property
* Licensing agreements
* Terms and conditions
* Marketing and sponsorship agreements
* Agency, distribution, and franchise agreements
The Candidate
* A senior Commercial Contracts lawyer, with experience gained at a reputable regional or national firm
* A high level of commerciality and motivated to drive growth
* Enthusiasm for business development and continued professional development
