Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for an Estates Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis!

As an Estates Manager, you will:
* Quality control sign off all estates works
* Line Manager the estates team, including timesheets and supervisions
* Manage the budget for the estates team, including invoice reviews and authorisation
* Lead on the CAFM management system
* Conduct investigations into estates issues
* Produce data for board and estates requirements
To be successful as an Estates Manager, you will:
* Have proven CAFM management experience
* Be able to demonstrate clear leadership and management
* Have a proven ability to negotiating contractual terms for maintenance, services and consultancy agreements
* Have a good level of IT Skills
* Be able to build and motivate internal and external teams ensuring successful completion of goals
* Holding a Health & Safety Management qualification would be advantageous however not essential
In return, my client are offering a salary of GBP45,000 per annum, plus a company vehicle. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
