Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency, is currently looking for a dynamic Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their close-knit team based in the Colchester area. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered:

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
8. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales and lettings process
9. Negotiate sales and rental agreements to achieve successful outcomes for all parties
10. Conduct property viewings, showcasing homes to prospective buyers and tenants
11. Liaise professionally with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors to build and maintain strong relationships
12. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is compliant and up to date within the CRM system
13. Adapt to business needs by working across various branches as required
To be considered for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you must have:
14. At least 6 months of recent experience working for an Estate Agency in either sales or lettings
15. Must hold a full UK driving licence
16. A career-driven mindset
17. Strong customer service skills
18. Proficiency in IT
19. A keen eye for detail
20. The ability to work as a team player while showcasing your individual flair
