Job Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our ever-growing team as an Image Retoucher. This role will be a vital support to our current Photography team. Key responsibilities will be retouching through our extensive and varied product range, editing both studio and lifestyle images to a high standard and keeping our image bank up to date.
What You'll Be Doing
Retouch product, lifestyle, and campaign photography to a high commercial standard.
Perform precise colour correction, grading, and balancing to maintain brand consistency.
Prepare and optimise imagery for print, e-commerce, social, and digital platforms.
Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
Maintain consistency across high volumes of images and campaigns.
Manage file organisation, naming conventions, and workflow standards.
Ensuring the upkeep of our shared image bank and keeping work constantly backed up
Apply feedback constructively and deliver revisions within deadlines.
Handle more complex image compositions and creative enhancements when required.
Work efficiently under pressure, prioritising multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Checking files for technical accuracy (resolution, colour profiles, cropping, export settings)
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety and Quality Management
Any other tasks deemed by the Company to be necessary for the successful completion of the role.
What We're Looking For
Can you?
Over 2 years of professional retouching experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop
Strong understanding of colour management, CMYK/RGB workflows, and image output for both digital and print.
Experience with e-commerce, fashion, product, and lifestyle retouching.
Keen eye for detail, with the ability to balance speed and quality.
Organised and methodical, with strong file management practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a creative team.
