Job Description:
The Garage Performance Analyst is responsible for working in collaboration with the Central Ops, Field and Garage Management teams to set up reporting that supports the identification of performance opportunities, delivers regular insight and the interpretation of all data to understand opportunities and risk in performance.
The performance analyst will have awareness of all channels with the ability to understand & transform data to support designing and implementing new reporting that will support bridging the gap in performance.
This person will be responsible for producing regular BAU performance reports and carrying out analysis to support all key stakeholders on key business decisions and actions required to maintain or improve performance. They will work cross functionally with Central Ops, Finance & Category to be able to deliver the proposition in market, optimising the Group Data Platform, Excel & Power BI reporting.
Responsibilities
* Producing BAU reporting in a regular and timely manner.
* The creation and presentation of data across all channels.
* Supporting with target setting and forecasting.
* Supporting projects with analytical data.
* Managing and maintaining all data and where it is housed.
* Identifying trends in the data and providing tangible information to make improvements.
* Responsible for Ad hoc requests for data mining or analysis.
* Taking onboard feedback from the Field Teams to identify issues and provide solutions.
* Key point of contact for any Performance related enquiries from the Field Team.
* A strong data skillset for investigating and identifying data issues across very large datasets.
Skills
* Good with Excel (& ideally can use or is familiar with Power BI).
* Be able to work with field teams to take on board feedback, investigate potential issues, communicate back, whilst also engaging cross functionally to resolve problems.
* Experience of producing and presenting information at a Senior level.
* High levels of personal integrity.
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines.
