Our client's Construction Disputes team advises many of the world's leading insurers on complex, high-value policy coverage disputes. These are handled across court proceedings, adjudications, mediations and international arbitrations. The team is growing and the partners are accordingly looking to recruit a Supervising Associate to join. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most technically challenging and high-profile disputes in a supportive environment. What you will be doing: Acting on complex Construction Litigation, Arbitration and Adjudication matters. Advising on risk and regulatory issues alongside the firm's non-contentious Construction and Real Estate teams. Working with a diverse client base, including construction professionals, employers, contractors and insurers on major infrastructure, transport, energy and engineering projects, both in UK and internationally. Navigating a wide variety of contract forms, including NEC and FIDIC (a strong working knowledge of both is essential). What the firm is looking for: 2-5 years' post-qualified experience in Construction disputes. Experience from a top-tier law firm, with a focus on Insurance and/or Construction. Deep understanding of the TCC, adjudication and ideally international arbitration (e. ICC, LCIA, UCTA). Familiarity with the international legal landscape, including enforcement of foreign judgments, is highly beneficial. Fire safety experience is desirable. Why join?
