We currently have a new opportunity for a dynamic and flexible Cover Supervisor to support our staff and students by delivering lessons and supervision.
Job overview
You’ll be an expert in deploying classroom management skills, enabling students to achieve their lesson objectives whilst offering appropriate support where needed and helping to assist the wider faculty when teaching staff are otherwise engaged.
The right candidate will have:
1. Experience of working with students in an educational or service environment
2. Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above (including Maths and English)
3. Solid communication skills and the ability to successfully manage classroom behaviour and focus
4. Ability to prioritise and plan workload, delivering set lesson content effectively and efficiently and identifying opportunities for further support where appropriate.
