Its a pivotal role, ensuring each customer receives a seamless, professional and positive experience from order placement through to installation and handover. The role is critical in setting the tone for long-term customer relationships and reinforcing the companys reputation for excellence.
Whats involved:
Manage and process all customer orders, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery and installation of hardware and software at customer sites
Order and coordinate the delivery of relevant stock and equipment throughout the on-boarding process
Proactively coordinate the end-to-end on-boarding process, acting as the main point of contact for customers
