As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be responsible for completing all administrative functions accurately and logging any stock discrepancies with the Parts Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties
2. Completing vehicle health checks for the workshop
3. Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock is controlled
4. Receiving orders and ensuring returns are up to date
5. Answering calls from customers
6. Providing excellent customer care
You should have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and have practical knowledge of computer systems. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. You should be personable, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
