Job Description
* Support the development of a social media strategy aligned with business objectives and corporate affairs goals, with guidance from the Head of Corporate Affairs.
* Create and implement impactful social media plans to build trust and credibility among diverse audiences.
* Maintain an easy-to-navigate editorial content calendar for the business and its sub-brands.
* Generate high-quality, dynamic content for all platforms to support storytelling around clinical quality, sustainability, and employer branding.
* Publish, schedule, and evaluate content performance regularly.
* Manage community engagement across platforms and support site community management efforts.
* Coordinate daily activities with agency partners for efficiency and integration.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent storytelling and provide expert input on issues and projects.
Provide social media advice and support for business activities such as acquisitions and divestments.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will excel at relationship-building, be passionate about developing social media skills in others, and have proven experience in executing social media strategies aligned with business and corporate affairs goals.
What's on Offer
