My client is currently recruiting a Temporary Estates Operative to support across the Northeast. This role focusses on preparing void properties to a safe, clean, and lettable standard, helping us turnaround homes efficiently for new tenants.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparing empty homes to be “lettable ready” standards
2. General estate work
3. Clearing properties andmunal areas where required
4. Cutting Grass, Hedges
5. Working closely with trades, housing officers, and contractors=
What We’re Looking For
6. Ability to work independently and manage workloads
7. Experience within social housing is highly desirable
