About the Role:
As a Settlements Administrator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the timely settlement of client trades. Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the quality and completion of your work, with a keen eye for detail.
* Interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
* Engaging in phone interactions to resolve issues effectively.
* Processing transactions and conducting reconciliations.
* Supporting both physical and electronic security transactions in an office-based role.
Who We're Looking For:
* High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or experience is a plus.
* Previous experience in a financial services environment is preferred but not essential.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A keen attention to detail and a flexible approach to work.
