£21.00 Hourly /£32,829 permanent salary + Van included
We are working with an organisation based in Blackburn who are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Duties of the Multi Skilled Joiner may include:
* Undertaking a wide range of responsive maintenance jobs
* Dealing with tenants and customer queries
* Responding to emergencies
* Delivering multi skilled tasks where applicablesuch as Tiling, Patch Plastering, Basic Plumbing
* Driving vehicle to undertake planned and responsive Joinery works
To succeed in the Carpenter/Joiner role you will have:
* A qualfication in Carpentry/Joinery ie NVQ Level 2 OR equivalent work experience
* Capacity to undertake a basic DBS
* Full driving licence (Van and PPE provided)
