Role Overview
The organisation is looking for a Sales Manager to lead its UK commercial team across the SMB and Mid-Market segments. This role manages a blended group of Account Executives and Account Managers and reports directly into senior international leadership.
You will be responsible for driving growth, sharpening outbound performance, strengthening mid-market execution, and fostering a coaching-led commercial environment. Typical deal sizes sit within the lower-to-mid ACV range, supported by both inbound and outbound motions. The role requires disciplined forecasting, hands-on coaching, structured pipeline management, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Enablement, and BDRs.
This position plays a central part in the UK go-to-market strategy and is key to the next growth chapter.

Must-Haves
• 5–10 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
• 2–5 years’ experience leading sales teams
• Experience selling into SMB or mid-market
• Proven results across both outbound and inbound motions
• Background in start-up or scale-up environments
• Ability to work onsite in London multiple days per week
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience in the UK SaaS or broader tech ecosystem
