Senior Legal Counsel – International | Life Sciences | Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a collaborative and high-performing legal team within a dynamic international business. This is a strategically important role supporting multiple functions and geographies, including commercial, medical affairs, regulatory, and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide proactive legal advice across various international markets
* Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and compliance-related contracts
* Support corporate governance and advise on legal risk
* Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across functions
About you:
* Qualified solicitor or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience
* Must have a background in life sciences, ideally with both private practice and in-house experience
* Skilled in commercial, regulatory, compliance, and data/privacy law
* Collaborative, pragmatic and commercially aware
* Fluent in English, with French, German or Spanish language skills strongly preferred
Location: Hybrid
Travel: Occasional international travel expected
