We’re now looking for a high-performing Broker to join our London team – with the option of working globally, in time, if desired.
If you’re tired of being chained to a desk or working 9-6, low commision rates, KPI’s, working a specific area(s) only, without flexibility or work:life balance, but you’re driven, connected, and ready to take home 70% commission with zero desk fees, this could be the move that transforms your career.
What We Offer:
70% commission on all deals (full details of pay structure will be made available to all candidates who meet the necessary criteria to be considered for the role).
No desk fees – Unlike other brokerages, you do not pay The 38 Group to work at The 38 Group.
Total flexibility; work remotely when desired or needed (within reason), no set working hours, within reason, provided you work 8 hours of the day in total
Work directly with founders, senior advisers, and “top-level” global property market operators.
Access to a global client and property base
Complete administration, back-office and paperwork support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building relationships with HNW clients
- Managing residential transactions (with support where desired or necessary)
- Conducting viewings, negotiations, and deal closures (again with support if desired or necessary)
- Collaborating with our international network
- Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and demonstrating high levels of expertise to our clients throughout.
- Experienced in residential Estate Agency, whether Sales or Lettings (if no Lettings experience, this is fine as long as you’re willing to learn - with full support)
- Personable, grounded, and driven – a relationship builder
- Confident and independent, but also a team player
- Discreet, client-focused, and aligned with our core value: Always do what’s in the client’s best interest
