Marketing Intern – Orthopaedic Instruments, Newbury UK
We have an exciting opportunity to join our UK OI team as a Marketing Intern. You will work within the UK OI Marketing team assisting the OI Product Manager and help the sales team in the field.
What Will You Do
* Project management under the supervision of the product manager
* Assist with organising events: logistics, documentation, booking kits and equipment
* Respond to product, technical or competitive questions
* Attend conferences/events to support marketing
* Respond to marketing, customer and sales inquiries
* Gather and analyse data from online sources, reports, primary research and inputs from country marketing and sales teams
* Assist in developing marketing collateral such as presentations, internal communications and brochures
* Assist in post‑product launch analysis, data collection and communication
* Monitor stock levels and loan kits and communicate updates
As a Marketing Intern, You Will Be
* Working closely with product managers, marketing managers & brand managers to plan and execute projects
* Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across the business
* Developing an understanding of specific products and portfolios, including competition
* Conducting primary research and secondary data analysis
Requirements
* Degree in marketing, economics, business, healthcare or engineering (preferred)
* Interest in a career in marketing and/or healthcare
* Strong initiative, self‑management skills and ambition
* Ability to work independently with guidance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF editing, Outlook; digital skills a bonus
* Ability to work with cross‑functional partners and develop positive relationships
* Strong organisational skills, including time management and prioritisation
* Performance‑driven, results‑oriented
* Proficiency in English
