Property Manager Job Purpose To deliver outstanding customer service while efficiently managing repairs, contractors, tenants, and landlords to ensure properties are safe, compliant, and well maintained. We offer a structured training programme to help you hit the ground running, alongside online access to industry-specific training webinars. You’ll be fully supported with the goal of achieving ARLA Level 3 accreditation, with the Level 3 workbook provided. Experience Required Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management At least 2 years in a similar role Working Hours Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm (Time off in lieu) Salary & Earnings Basic Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) Expected Minimum OTE: £2,000 Personal Qualities Humble and professional Hardworking and reliable Proactive with strong initiative Excellent attention to detail Driven with a desire to continuously improve Honest and trustworthy Key Responsibilities Adhering to company procedures at all times Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors Chasing landlord approvals for maintenance works Following up with contractors to ensure timely completion Processing invoices and liaising with accounts Ensuring all contractor insurances are valid and up to date Managing deposit returns and dilapidation costs Organising inventories and cleaning between tenancies Renewing tenancies Ensuring all safety certificates are correct and in date Booking and conducting property visits and providing detailed reports Supporting the wider office and working collaboratively as part of the team A full driving licence is essential for property visits.
