Responsibilities
* Support the deployment and configuration of the Business Management System including toolset deployment in the creation of a new project
* Support requirements relating to certification activities in support of the Business Assurance and Certification Team
* Have the ability to analyse data effectively identifying themes, trends and improvements
* Provide support to functions with Business Management System queries and problem resolution
* Champion the principles of the Business Management System including user training
* Support the business in determining process effectiveness measures
Qualifications
* Experience of managing a business management toolset (Proquis, Aris, GBTech or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of process definition and mapping BPMN 2.0 or equivalent
* Knowledge/education of Quality (AS9100, quality standards, etc.)
* Effective stakeholder management with the ability to advise and influence wider function stakeholders and quality director
Desirable
* Quality Internal audit training or equivalent

Salary
Salary: £46,078.
