Residential Solicitor

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, working in a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing residential property files including sales, purchases, and transfers from instruction to completion
* Delivering excellent client care while meeting agreed financial and billing targets
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes
* Building relationships with referrers and supporting local business development activity
We're Looking For:
* Qualified Residential Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Residential Property Executive with around 2-3 years' PQE or equivalent experience
* Proven ability to manage your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive and motivated approach with an interest in business development
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
