Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and perform hardware repairs on laptops, desktop computers, and mobile phones
* Manage and track inventory of parts and tools with accuracy
* Collaborate with other stores and warehouses to source components as needed
* Ensure timely preparation and delivery of hardware to meet internal deadlines
* Commit to delivering efficient, high-quality support to internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
* Essential: Hands-on experience repairing laptops and desktop computers
* Desirable: Exposure to tablet or smartphone repairs
* Comfortable working to service levels and quality standards
* Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
