Job Description
Working closely with the Technical Account Manager in managing all technical aspects of relevant larger accounts, whilst having total responsibility for some smaller accounts, overseeing products manufactured in the UK, and any third party bought in products.
To support the Technical Account Manager regarding all specified customer Technical contacts and to ensure that Delifrance is seen as a proactive supplier for all Technical matters.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer requests and product information
Co-ordinating and organising testing for nutritional and other analysis.
To assess quality controls for sub-contracted products (exclusive to the UK)
Completing audits
Receipt, recording and acknowledgement of complaints from customers including recording on Webixo
Liaison with relevant manufacturing sites in the UK and the Group
Provide manufacturing site with documentation and evidence, translating into French as necessary
To liaise with relevant manufacturing site/Head Office and customers in the investigation of requests.
To work with other departments and sites to obtain relevant information and pass onto customers in a clear and concise format
To prepare samples (e.g. nutritional, foreign body analysis) and send to relevant laboratories e.g. CCFRA, ILS, R...
