Aspire People are seeking a compassionate ASC Support Assistant to join a supportive specialist secondary school. The school caters to pupils with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), providing tailored support to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. The Role: As an ASC Support Assistant, you will provide 1:1 support to pupils, helping them to access learning, develop social skills, and feel included in all aspects of school life. You will work closely with teachers and the wider support team to deliver personalised strategies and build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.
