Looking for an exciting role in facilities management? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mechanical and Electrical supervisor with Facilities Management experience to manage the maintenance activities across site to ensure a safe and compliant site.
Based at our DM Crombie office you will oversee the planned and reactive maintenance plus deliver additional works
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and support the hard FM activities across single or multiple sites.
2. Monitor supply chain to ensure work activities are carried out safely.
3. Review planned maintenance certification and raise remedial work orders, ensuring compliance.
4. Manage resources, risks and relationships with contractors and client.
5. Respond promptly to daily challenges with professionalism and efficiency
6. Maintain high standards of performance, safety, and compliance across all areas
7. Lead, coordinate and deliver projects throughout the site from planning through to completion.
What We're Looking For
8. An experienced Mechanical and Electrical biased supervisor with relevant experience in Facilities Management
9. Proven track record of continuous professional development within the FM industry
10. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
11. Commitment to excellence and a customer-focused mindset
12. Computer literate with Excel, Word and experience with CAFM software.
