Reporting to a member of the Executive Leadership team, you will lead a growing social team, working closely with our cross-functional teams to provide social strategy direction and ensure relevant and engaging ideas across brands. We are looking to ensure that social becomes integrated into everything we do – from strategic planning through to executional delivery – as such, your role will be to collaborate with our senior team to further establish our social capabilities and drive business opportunities with current and potential new clients.
What you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for leading the management of multiple social projects and proposals. Working closely with clients, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships by demonstrating an in-depth understanding of their business, applicable channel options and the latest social developments within the industry. You will also play a significant role in business development, seeking out new opportunities and areas for organic growth whilst also being involved in developing proposals. Your role will be one beyond client delivery and include a wider engagement in the Business Unit and company.
What we’d like to see from you:
Expertise in people management, delegation, and coaching, demonstrated by a history of effectively leading teams to success, as well as possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a deep understanding of all major social and digital platforms such as Brandwatch, and Meltwater. Additionally, you will have proficiency in utilising advertising solutions like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Business Manager.
You should also demonstrate the ability to develop and implement social media strategies and playbooks, supported by a proven track record of success in navigating digital and social media within healthcare regulatory codes such as the ABPI, ABHI, and FDA.
