We are seeking an experienced and confident Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Head of Hospitality in leading daily service, inspiring the front-of-house team and ensuring every guest feels beautifully looked after, whether they are joining us for coffee, lunch, dinner or a special event.
This is an ideal role for a hospitality professional with premium restaurant experience, strong people skills and a genuine passion for creating memorable, seamless service in one of the South West’s most distinctive cultural destinations.
