Store Manager / Trainee Store Manager
Location: Mallusk & Lisburn
Salary: £30,000-£38,000 (DOE)
Hours: 40 hrs, Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:00pm)
Additional: One Saturday per month (remote phone support, 9am-2pm)
Ready to grow your career in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment? We're seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager or Trainee Store Manager to support daily operations across multiple storage sites, with occasional ad-hoc travel.
The Role
You'll help oversee day-to-day store operations, deliver excellent customer experiences, drive sales performance, and maintain high site standards. This is a hands-on role offering strong development opportunities within a growing sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales enquiries, advise on storage solutions, and promote merchandise and insurance
* Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold store presentation standards
* Support team performance and contribute to a positive working environment
* Confidently handle daily negotiations and suggest local marketing ideas
* Complete administrative duties including customer contracts and debt management
* Act as a key holder responsible for opening and closing the store
* Assist with general store operations and contribute to business growth
