This leading business software and data platform, are searching for a talented Project Manager with an understanding of Linux to join their growing team
The position is mainly remote, with the need to visit the office near Milton Keynes around once or twice a month.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage exciting and complex projects that truly make a difference. While the role is mainly remote, we're looking for someone based in the UK who is eligible to work here without sponsorship, as occasional office visits (around once a month) will be required.
The successful IT Project Manager will have:
* Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering projects from initiation to completion.
* Experience with managing projects for the Public sector or start-up organisations
* A solid understanding of Prince2 methodologies.
* Familiarity with Linux environments.
* Knowledge of RAID configurations.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise effectively.
* A proactive and problem-solving approach.
* Full eligibility to work in the UK (they are unable to provide work permit sponsorship).
What you'll do:
* Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for a variety of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients (including public sector and start-up organisations), and third-party vendors.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively.
* Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement within our project management processes.
