About the role
Assistant Store Manager Salford – Part time, 3 days per week with monthly bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Advising customers on site face-to-face, over the telephone, online and via email.
* Renting of storage rooms and merchandise sales to achieve required targets.
* Supporting existing customers with queries and any issues.
* Store maintenance duties / cleaning.
* General administrative activities and contract management.
* Support the smooth operation of our store.
Qualifications & experience
* Experience in retail or commercial work, e.g. consultative sales or customer service.
* Excellent customer advisory and persuasive skills.
* Ability to work alone as well as in a team.
* Reliable, honest and committed.
* Interest in further training and promotion opportunities.
* Willingness to keep the warehouse clean.
* Microsoft Office – Outlook and Word desirable.
* Minimum education level: Secondary school.
