What You'll Be Responsible For Leading and developing a high-performing kitchen team
Managing stock control and ordering efficiently
Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
Driving consistency and quality across all dishes
Controlling GP and managing kitchen costs effectively
Contributing fresh ideas and helping develop exciting menus
Working closely with the wider management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong understanding of stock management and GP control
A passion for quality food and menu development
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
A genuine team player who leads by example
Commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene and food safety standards
