The Role: As a Bank Nurse, you will be a vital member of the team within our client's care homes, delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
You will step into various settings, bringing your skills and compassion to ensure the continuity of excellent care for residents.

Deliver a high standard of nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Administer medications safely and accurately, in accordance with NMC guidelines and home policies.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, contribute to care plans, and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
Supervise and support Care Assistants, providing clinical guidance and leadership during your shifts.
Adhere strictly to all CQC fundamental standards and client policies.
A valid NMC PIN (Registered Nurse
- RGN or RMN).
Proven experience in a clinical care setting, ideally within adult social care or a similar environment.
The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
