3. Monitor system performance, stability, and security.
4. Troubleshoot issues across the full TCP/IP networking stack.
5. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
6. Apply patches, updates, and security baselines in line with compliance standards.
7. Support cloud infrastructure (AWS EC2, S3, IAM, VPC).
8. Implement robust backup and disaster recovery processes.
9. Maintain clear documentation, logs, and inventories.
10. Ensure PCI DSS compliance and assist with incident response activities.
11. Work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and operations teams.
12. Drive improvements and automation using scripting and modern tooling.
What You’ll Bring
13. Degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant experience.
14. 3–5 years’ Linux systems administration (Red Hat / CentOS).
15. Experience supporting Windows environments.
16. Strong networking knowledge (CCNA-level).
17. Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC).
18. Understanding of PCI DSS and secure system practices.
19. Scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, Ansible).
20. Excellent troubleshooting and documentation capabilities.
Nice to Have
21. RHCSA (or higher).
22. CCNA certification.
23. Experience with monitoring tools and configuration management.
24. Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, VMware or KVM.
25. Knowledge of hardening and vulnerability management.
What’s on Offer
26. Competitive salary
27. Pension scheme
28. Long service awards
29. Employee discount
