We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in all areas.
* Ensure that all rooms and common areas are well-maintained and organised.
* Carry out laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
* Assist with cooking and meal preparation when required, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
* Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Skills
* Proven experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel experience is an advantage.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.
* Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment.
* Basic cooking skills are desirable to assist with meal preparation.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
