Person Specification
Qualifications
* The Night Care Assistant role requires previous experience in a similar care setting, as well as a genuine passion for caring for the elderly and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of the residents. Relevant qualifications, such as a NVQ or QCF in Health and Social Care, would be advantageous, but not essential. The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and a willingness to undergo any necessary training and development.
