Job Description
3. Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely payments.
4. Communicate with clients to resolve outstanding payment issues professionally.
5. Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
6. Prepare and distribute regular reports on aged debt and cash collections.
7. Work closely with the wider accounting and finance team to support month-end processes.
8. Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities.
9. Assist in implementing improvements to credit control procedures and systems.
10. Support the team with ad hoc financial tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in a credit control or similar accounting role.
12. Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
13. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
14. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
15. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
