Role Responsibilities
The busy kitchen team seeks a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, traditional puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include catering for large conferences and events, creating inspiring mini-desserts for the restaurant, and preparing classic and contemporary afternoon tea pastries. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career specializing in pastry.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
* Strong leadership, motivational, and teamwork skills
* Excellent planning and time management abilities
* Flexible attitude
* Experience in relevant disciplines
* NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
